Rent Determination and Adaptation
In residential rentals, the annual increase rate is limited to the CPI (12-month average) of the previous rental year. Rent determination cases can be filed for requests exceeding this rate. Adaptation cases can be filed to change the rent due to unforeseen extraordinary circumstances.
Condominium and Site Management
Under Condominium Law No. 634, we provide legal support in transitioning from floor easement to condominium ownership, preparation and amendment of management plans, common expense and dues disputes, site management, and decision cancellation cases.
Zoning Law
Within the framework of Zoning Law No. 3194, we provide legal consultancy and case follow-up services on objections to zoning plan changes, permit procedures, building occupancy permits, illegal construction penalties, and objections to demolition decisions.
