Important Notice

All documents should be collected immediately after the accident. Missing or incomplete documents can delay or jeopardize your claim.

Accident Documents

  • Accident report (original or certified copy)
  • Accident photos (from all angles)
  • Accident scene sketch

Vehicle Documents

  • Vehicle registration copy
  • Vehicle traffic record
  • Expert report (TÜVTÜRK or authorized company)
  • Repair invoice and detailed repair sheet
  • Before and after repair photos

Insurance Documents

  • Compulsory traffic insurance policy
  • Comprehensive insurance policy (if any)
  • Damage notification form
  • Insurance company's rejection or insufficient offer letter

Identity and Ownership Documents

  • Vehicle owner's ID copy
  • Driver's license copy
  • Residence certificate
  • Power of attorney (if represented by lawyer)
