Is a lawyer mandatory in divorce cases?
Although not legally mandatory, lawyer support is strongly recommended to prevent loss of rights and due to the complexity of the divorce process.
Who gets custody?
Custody is determined based on the best interest of the child. Child's age, parents' situation, child's opinion, and accustomed environment are considered.

How is property divided?
