Objection Cancellation Lawsuit
When the debtor objects to the debt, this is the lawsuit filed by the creditor to continue the proceedings.
Case Requirements
- Valid execution proceedings exist
- Debtor has objected within time
- Lawsuit filed within 1 year of objection
Execution Denial Compensation
If the case is decided in favor of the creditor, the debtor is ordered to pay execution denial compensation of not less than 20% of the claim.
Removal of Objection
In cases of signature objection or promissory note objection, removal of objection can be requested from the execution court. This is a faster route.
